No relation to Cathy P.
I'm ashamed to say as a blues fanatic, I just recently found this guy by spotting his '2nd Blues Album' CD in a second hand charity shop in Leeds. Well worth joining my modest collection of a couple of thousand or so blues CDs, great stuff!!

This guy is fabulous. A mixture of B.B.King, Muddy Waters and the Godfather of Soul and every R&B artist that ever played.

Dear Mr Shannon, A month ago, during an arts festival in our town my wife found you in a collection of
CDs that had nothing to with the Blues, but it took her no time at all to see in your face that you
are a Blues man. We have since bought all your CDs. In 2011, so far, that was our most unexpected bit
of luck! You are fantastic. You are what Blues is about. Thank you, Sir!
